Game Rules:

entries must be filled out completely

winner will receive one small pizza a day.
must be ordered by the winner and picked up by the winner if ordered "to go."

prize is not transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.  no substitutions are allowed. 

pizza must be ordered every day;  if the pizza is not ordered, then it will not accrue in quantity.  the only exception is when we are closed for holidays.

no purchase necessary.  must be 21 and over.

employees and immediate family are not eligible.

winning odd depends on the number of entries.  only one entry per person.

drawing will be held on December 31st.
