The newest Stoney has joined the team. We are happy to introduce Sharon! She makes a mean drink and has a personality that makes you want to just hug her every time you see her! A very sweet person that we are happy to have on board! Come in and meet her soon!

OLD SCHOOL NIGHT!!!

For all of you old timers, we would like to make tribute to your wisdom, and love of the good old days. To celebrate we are declaring Monday nights "OLD SCHOOL NIGHT"! This week we will be playing old music, telling old stories, and drinking old beer. You remember the flavors... Oly, Rainier, Schlitz, High Life. All will be served! We will have our Macho Nacho on special for only $5 as well.

Come on down after work and enjoy yourself!

Saturday, May 8th
Zillah Community Day

The event will be held at Stewart park. The competition will be from 1:30 to 2:30. We will be going for distance, so practice up!

EVENTS:

MEN'S DIVISION: will toss a half barrel (the big keg!)
WOMEN'S DIVISION: will toss a pony keg
KID'S DIVISION: They will toss a "Mini-Heine"

Gift certificates will be awarded to the top distance thrower in each competition. Keg toss T-Shirts will be for sale during the competition.

We are happy to welcome Mike, our new karaoke host! He is off to a great start here at the Stonehenge. Lots of energy, fun, and over 40,000 songs from his digital library. He packed the place his first weekend on duty! He is a hit!

We are overwhelmed at the success of our trivia night. We sincerely appreciate your patronage and sportsmanship. We are beginning Season #2 on Tuesday the 23rd of February. The game starts at 7pm. Come early if you like. We are going to continue the $3, $4, $5 happy hour specials through the end of the game!

Our host, Joey, will be on Active Duty with the U.S. Air Force for the next 6 weeks so we have brought on bartender Joe to host the games. He is excited to get started and we are excited to have him!

Again, thank you and we look forward to playing again!

Stonehenge Tavern Trivia Season #1 Ends Big!

It was a fight to the end! "Teacher's Pet" finally won a round. The "Grizwalds" and the "Home Team" both tried but fell short. What happened to "Comfortably Dumb"? They must have taken the night off!? They were there, but not really all there.

"Teacher's Pet" has tried their hardest to win JUST ONE WEEK. They thought they had it but came up short this week. Missed the win by one question! Poor "Teacher's Pet"

The biggest losers this week were the "Grizwalds". I am going to stick with the reason being they left their Bird Mascot at home this week. I bet they won't do that again.

So, if you want to see some real action then you need to check out next week's game (Tuesday Feb 3 @ 7pm). You have the big headed "Comfortably Dumb" walking around with a target on their backs. Teacher's Pet is sad, The Grizwalds are mad, and the Stoney Home Team... Well, they are just Stonies...

What ever happened to Team Festivus? They were a promising trio but have disappeared from the ranks. A one hit wonder, or sleeper? Hmmmm

This week's World Tavern Trivia game was an exciting one. There were some real secret weapons pulled this week. "The Grizwald's" own Gary Clark showed up late when his team was behind and somehow they all pulled through! Not sure he was the brains behind the comeback or not, but we can speculate!

"Comfortably Dumb" proved their name true by giving some pretty dumb answers at times. Gotta love those guys!

Last week "The Grizwalds" had the season first place seat while "Comfortably Dumb" won the round for the week. This week they trade seats! "The Grizwalds" scored an inpressive 600 points while "Comfortably Dumb" increased their average score to 519 Brain Cells. This puts "Comfortably Dumb" in first place by a few brain cells. (Which is good because they only have a few brain cells!)

Thank you all for participating in the original trivia game of the Lower Valley. We sure are having a great time with this!

Over the past decade 50 cent taco night has become a staple of entertainment for the Zilllah / Lower Yakima Valley. Long ago the record was set by a good man (Matt Rowland)... then set again, by Matt Rowland, then I believe set once more on a $100 dare from an unsuspecting bystander, once again by Matt Rowland. Well Matt. We sadly announce that your time as King of Stonehenge Taco Night is OVER!!!!

We introduce to you the new taco champion... CORY! He took the challenge by downing 36 tacos in well under 40 minutes, then celebrating with a Mega Beer. Pictured below is Cory and his commemorative Stonehenge T-Shirt.
